The Happy Act

I'm taking a break from my regular design-related blogging to talk about The Happy Act.

For all you pet owners/animal activists out there, this is a fantastic step towards helping pet owners afford vet care. If this passes, it would allow pet owners an up to $3500 tax credit for vet care.
